When you go the the 'Background' tab, you can set the colour, image or video for your background. Colour can be Solid or Gradient. When you upload an image, you can choose Scroll Effects ( Fixed or Parallax). Then, you can also choose color overlay, filter and its strength. The last option for background is video, all you need to do is paste a link to the video from YouTube or Vimeo and then choose a color overlay, if you'd like.
